If the Operator is forced to cancel an activity due to external reasons (extreme weather conditions, road closures, social unrest, natural disasters, armed conflicts, wars, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or other extraordinary circumstances that prevent the safe execution of the service), the Client will be offered:
- The possibility to reschedule the service, subject to availability and the payment of applicable additional costs, as certain reservations such as entrance tickets, accommodations, or transport contracted with third parties are non-refundable and must be covered by the Client in the event of rescheduling
- Or an open credit to be used within the next 12 months, applicable to other services offered by Life Expeditions, without obligation to maintain the original conditions and subject to deduction of incurred expenses such as non-refundable reservations, tickets, accommodations, transportation, or other services previously acquired by the Operator on behalf of the Client
